COVID-19 Financial Relief and Incentives

As the COVID-19 crisis impacts the world, automotive dealerships and manufacturers are making every effort possible to provide a little assistance and even some financial relief to current and prospective customers. Kia is doing so by implementing its Accelerate the Good program which provides some financial relief and car-buying incentives to individuals impacted negatively by the COVID-19 crisis.

Both current Kia owners and new Kia shoppers who are impacted by the current crisis may qualify for the relief and incentives provided by Kia’s Accelerate the Good program. Current Kia Owners Program

Current owners of Kia vehicles who are negatively impacted by the current COVID-19 crisis may be able to receive financial relief that might include payment deferrals. The length of the deferrals will vary from customer to customer based on their financial situation. Many Kia dealerships remain open to customers and those that are not will still have their service departments available, as these are classified as essential businesses by most states. Here at Auffenberg Kia, our sales department and our service center are both open. However, we have taken several steps to ensure the safety of all customers who arrive at our dealership and always offer access to our digital showroom 24/7.

New Kia Shoppers Program

Individuals that are negatively impacted by COVID-19 who are interested in purchasing a new Kia can receive some financial relief and a few incentives with the Accelerate the Good program. As mentioned previously, the 24/7 digital showroom is available to all customers who visit the Auffenberg Kia website. Customers who are planning to finance their vehicle through Kia Motors Financial have the opportunity to qualify for a deferral of as much as 120 days. This will push the due date for the first payment until July of 2020. All the financing agreements made through the Accelerate the Good program will also include 0% APR as well.

Dealership Safety Protocols

Each Kia dealership is also implementing a number of key safety protocols to ensure that any customers who visit the sales floor or service department remain as safe as possible. Here at Auffenberg Kia, we have already begun implementing such necessary steps to keep customers and employees safe.
